There are going to be some changes to the kid's schedule coming up.
Saturdays are going to be dedicated to the kids that want to join Coach
Brady or Coach Brian's classes.
Historically, there has never
been a large attendance for Saturday kid's classes. We realize that
people want to be with their families during this time. The good news
is, there are going to be 2 classes available to everyone during the
week now. Since we are an MMA gym, the MMA class has been moved to
Wednesday night at 6 pm in order to give more kids a chance to take it.
This class will be for any and all of our members under 16 years of age.
we have had a good attendance on Fridays, we added an MMA class to the
schedule for Fridays as well. You may feel that this causes a void in
the Muay Thai program, but it does not. The reason is that any of our
members are permitted to take the beginners Muay Thai Class with Coach
Adam at 5 pm daily. So if your focus is Muay Thai, you can feel free to
jump in that class every day of the week.
In conclusion, I am
going to post the new schedule on this newsletter and if you have any
questions or concerns, ask any of our coaches or staff. We will find the
answer you are looking for.
Tips of the week
You always need at least one day a week to rest. No matter how many time
you work out, or what event you have coming up, it is important to let
your body recover at least one day of the week. Keep your parents
active, make sure you ask them to do fun things that require walking or
exercise instead of always wanting to play video games or watch TV.
